The Midwest Student Development League is a part of the Missouri Alliance.

The MFA was created to created a state wide youth football league so that local super bowl champions can in Columbia, Missouri to play other Super Bowl Champions from around the state to create the first youth state championship game.  Currently the MFA has representation from Kansas City, Mo, Springfield, Mo and St. Louis, Mo.  The winner of the State championship advances to the AYF Regional Championship if they win the AYF Midwest Championship they will advance to the AYF National Championships held in Orlando, FL.
